Avery showed her expertise, care and responsiveness during this stay in a way that far exceeded anything we could have dreamed of. We had a poor first night experience for a variety of reasons and we woke up to a oceanfront villa upgrade after a flurry of activity from Avery while we were asleep. It was an effort that truly made our stay on Koh Samui and would have been wildly different if we didn't have her in our corner advocating and strategizing on our behalf. Truly forever grateful for the lifetime memories that her efforts enabled.
