Astrid Torres

Astrid is amazing — we ran into just about every type of issue on our trip and she guided us through each one — even late at night and early in the morning! When our flight was cancelled, she got us a hotel ahead of all the other travelers waiting in line for accommodations, and had dinner waiting for us in our room. When we arrived in Oaxaca every excursion was better than the last — from a healing with a medicine woman to weaving to chocolate making to a private tour of Mont Alban — we feel like we really saw Oaxaca. I personally felt safer knowing Astrid was a text away, and for how many times she had to step in on our trip, wow! I would never travel abroad again without her.

Astrid was so helpful. This was our first trip with our baby and she took care of all the hotel booking/car service to and from the airport and it made our time so stress free. We arrived to a car seat and the room was already prepared with a crib and other essential baby items which only happened because of Astrid being proactive and thinking to ask for those items for us. She was quick to respond to any question I had and overall was such a pleasure to work with. I’d recommend her to anyone.

It was a very easy process! I told Astrid when and where I wanted to go, and she sent me several great options to choose from. Once I chose, she booked the hotel and airport transfers for me. This was my first time travelling internationally, and she was great about answering all of my questions quickly and thoroughly.
