Andrea was super helpful in our booking, and was able to even change our plans for us last minute. Made booking everything super easy. The surprise cookies in our room were an extra treat that my kids really enjoyed.

Andrea is the best! When we checked into our hotel, it was closed until check-in time (a miscommunication between Andrea and the hotel). Of course, my family and I arrived early to use the amenities and we were upset about the situation. Andrea contacted them right away and was able to provide us with an upgrade to a suite, along with a complimentary meal. Even though we were originally inconvenienced, she was able to turn it all around and then some! She truly goes above and beyond for her clients!

Andrea provided great ideas and excellent choices of places to stay in three different locations for our trip to Iceland. She is easy to work with, very responsive and reliable. It definitely made the trip planning much easier and worry free having her take care of details. It was touching that she thought to reach out to the hotel to leave a note in our hotel room too. Highly recommend her.

This was our first time working with Andrea and she absolutely rocked it! She helped us at every stage of the process from exploring different resorts, flights, excursions and shuttle options to actually booking them for us and then making sure we had what we needed when it was time to go. Her responses to our questions were prompt and well informed. Working with Andrea made planning this trip easier and more cost efficient than if we'd tried to do it ourselves. We wont be booking another trip to Cancun without her help!
