Andrea is the best! When we checked into our hotel, it was closed until check-in time (a miscommunication between Andrea and the hotel). Of course, my family and I arrived early to use the amenities and we were upset about the situation. Andrea contacted them right away and was able to provide us with an upgrade to a suite, along with a complimentary meal. Even though we were originally inconvenienced, she was able to turn it all around and then some! She truly goes above and beyond for her clients!
