From meeting with us in person over coffee to learn about our personalities, interests, and vacation dreams, to sourcing and booking fabulous mini excursions in multiple cities, to creating a written 57-page (!!!), itinerary, to being available 24/7 to helping us navigate snafus in Mexico, she is a case study in why a good travel agent is a "must" for any complex vacation plans!
