Allen is the most fantastic travel guru! He does deep dives on things so you don’t have to and gives you the peace of mind knowing you made the best decisions for your expectations of the trip. He’s very collaborative and transparent, so I have no concerns about getting something I didn’t expect or vice versa. Allen is super conscientious, responsive, and easy to work with. He also has a great personal knowledge of various destinations and provides personal feedback to help us shape our decisions. If there’s ever a glitch in the trip, due to unforeseeable circumstances, Allen is incredibly proactive and helpful in ironing out the problem to make it as painless as possible.
