This is our 2nd booking with Mrs. Austin and we joke how we will never vacation anywhere again without her! From the very beginning of choosing your destination Alicia is so excited and enthusiastic to help you have the best trip ever! Her suggestions are spot on! She makes everything about your trip worth it. She assist with hotel booking, restaurants tips, reservations and even last minute hiccup tips when plans may change! My husband and I engaged Alicia Austin to assist us with planning our summer family vacation (and our 13 year old son's first trip to NYC). We asked for a hotel that was updated and centrally located to NYC attractions. Also, our needs were specific in that we wanted a king sized bed with another bed option for my son (roll-away or sofa bed). We didn't want to share two double beds which are a bit small for us. Alicia delivered above and beyond by finding the Thompson Hotel which included a king sized bed and rather comfortable sofa bed. The room was perfect for our needs. Extra perks such as room service credit and room upgrade were icing on the cake. She also presented us with a helpful itinerary including restaurant recommendations which we followed and enjoyed very much. From accommodations to site-seeing, I think planning a trip to NYC can be a bit overwhelming because there are so many options. Alicia made it easy from start to finish.
