He was very good at handling our needs, when some plans fell through he was quick to get us other sites just as good or better. His tour guide was well chosen, and handled our group quite well, When I needed a medical situation resolved a doctor was located within the hour and the situation corrected. The sites visited were top of the mark, very interesting and also of historical importance. Most changes I needed or put into effect were handled very fast and professionally.

Alexander was a pleasure to work with — he was knowledgeable, patient, clear, and prompt in responding. It can be overwhelming to plan a trip to a new location and Alexander helped us develop a reasonable itinerary and provided great choices for hotels, personalized tours and experiences, and restaurants. We were able to refine our plans in a way that seemed effortless to us because Alexander was so flexible in helping us adjust previous bookings. Would definitely recommend working with him!

Alexander did an excellent job of tailoring the trip to our needs and preferences. He created a balanced and fun itinerary and provided us with experiences we would not have been able to find on our own. He worked within our budget and always provided us with options at different price points. He even helped us find restaurants that could accommodate the various dietary restrictions of our group. Alexander was very responsive to all of our questions and requests and his attention to detail was evident and appreciated. I consider myself to be a seasoned traveler and I plan to use Alexander for all of my future vacations.

Alex exceeded all expectations helping us plan our first trip to Japan. We couldn’t have been happier with the itinerary. He took the time to understand our interests and preferences and planned a trip which perfectly met our needs. Once in Japan we were so grateful for the attention to detail. We had amazing local guides, our hotels were perfectly located (and quite beautiful) and the transfers/transportation made our trip stress free. We have not used a travel agent in the past but will definitely call on Alex for our future travels. He was fantastic to work with.
