Alex was fantastic. He made sure that everywhere they had exactly what we wanted or needed. He was very responsive in the planning and booking of the trip as well as checking in with me a couple times too make sure tours and transfers were as expected.

Alex was very responsive and attentive to my preferences when we were communicating about this booking. The one flag would be that I wish there was a way he could've ensured that I had a room with sufficient floor space for two people to open their suitcases, as that was something I had specifically called out as a concern with the Ludlow. Otherwise, the Ludlow was a lovely recommendation and it fulfilled my desires for a quiet but accessible location and modern, aesthetic vibes.

Alex was a prompt and efficient communicator. He readily absorbed my feedback and provided a variety of lodging options for my trip, taking my preferences into consideration. He was patient with my many questions and back-and-forth communications, helping me make a thoughtful decision for my stay. However, I wish he could have provided personal anecdotes about the hotel options rather than relying solely on descriptions and reviews. For example, noise was a top priority for me concerning room insulation. While Alex accurately noted that The Evelyn was in a quieter area with a peaceful atmosphere in the common areas, the actual room lacked sufficient soundproofing. I believe this would have been quite noticeable to someone who had previously stayed at the property.

This was a wonderful recommendation by Alex. We appreciated his help and thoroughness throughout the planning process.
