Abbie gets all the stars! She took care of us in every way! We really felt like we didn’t have to worry about anything. We were told to request an upgrade upon arrival… and she had already done this for us giving us the most amazing room with the most amazing view. Her plethora of recommendations of things to do and places to eat was invaluable and we cannot wait to book our next vacation with her.

Abbie is on top of it, she is an incredible source of knowledge who made our experience even more relaxing and rich. Her willingness to communicate even the smallest needs with the hotel, tour companies etc. was above and beyond, we will absolutely be using her for all our future vacation planning.
