Zach continues to be my go-to for all bookings. His service cannot be beat. He communicates with the properties, with me, helps with reservations and ensures a seamless stay.

Zachary was able to get us a last minute reservation without any problem when our flight got cancelled due to weather. He made sure the hotel knew we were coming very late at night and took care of everything while we were able to focus on finding flights home.

What can I say about my experience with Zachary? It was like walking in to the 1 hotel lobby and being immersed by the welcoming and reinvigorating signature scent of the 1 itself. Whether it was making sure that we could check in early upon our flight change, our delicious welcome gift, or the wonderful breakfast credit, it was as if Zachary was there with us every step of the way guiding us to the best possible affair we could have asked for! I am hard pressed to think that there is anyone more knowledgeable about and more considerate to what makes a memorable and smooth travel experience.

Zach was truly amazing to work with; we knew we wanted to head to south beach for a few nights and he presented some great options (he walked us through each hotel, the amenities, the benefits +) he was extremely detail-oriented and helped us make the perfect decision for our little getaway. We LOVED the 1 hotel (always a fave) and appreciated the amenities that we got through booking with Zach. He checked in on us and ensured we had the best stay. Cannot WAIT to book with him again!
