Noura was truly such a help for us on this trip! She helped us to choose which cities to visit while in France and her recommendations ended up being perfect for experiencing different parts of the country. She made travel so easy with the hotel and transportation accommodations and we had full peace of mind throughout the trip with the amazing travel guide she prepared for us. She was responsive throughout the whole process, including helping us when we had flight delays that impacted the trip. We cannot wait to work with Noura again on our next adventure and would highly recommend her to others!

Trusting her to plan our 20th anniversary dream trip was a big leap of faith as this trip meant a lot to us but we are so grateful we did! She was very organized, taking care of every little detail to make our trip absolutely perfect. She recommended amazing hotels, planned the most efficient itinerary, which was not easy as it included trains, planes and buses across 3 countries. She put together a very helpful document with our itinerary and all the details we needed for each step of the journey. She also went above and beyond leaving us beautiful surprises at various hotels to make us feel special and celebrate our 20th anniversary. She was available for multiple planning calls before the trip and also available while we were away, making sure everything was perfect. Noura was simply amazing! We got a 5-star concierge experience with her. First of all, she found our family an excellent deal at Los Altos resort. The apartment had breathtaking views of the ocean and the forest and best of all a gourmet cooked to order breakfast for 6 people was included with the booking! She was very clear and prompt in her communications during the whole booking process and the entire process was very efficient. She advised us very wisely on our itinerary and activities that suited our family well. Although our trip was only for 3 1/2 days, it felt like much longer as we were relaxed and enjoyed a lot of well coordinated activities in a short time. I definitely look forward to booking many more family and couple trips through her in the future.
