Heidi Fahrenbach

Heidi is the consumate professional.
I have worked with her on several trips and her attention to detail is incredible. She takes the time to get to know you and your travel style and stays focused on what's important to make it a memorable trip. We are a family of 11 total, including 5 children, and she took care of all the details while receiving direction from multiple family members. Her App for communication and document delivery made chasing down scheduled events and dining reservations so simple to follow. We already have another trip scheduled with her and no doubt will be pleased.

Heidi perfected EVERY detail of this last minute trip! 5 days in advance and she planned the perfect VIP Disney tour and the exact rooms we wanted at the Four Seasons. Communication was clear and the app was wonderful allowing us to have all documents in one spot. Heidi is the best you could ever ask for!

The thoughtful welcome of Prosecco and chocolates when we arrived in Lake Como was such a special touch. We also loved using the Axus travel app—it made everything incredibly efficient, with all of our documents and trip information in one easy-to-find place. Heidi checked in with us multiple times during the trip to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated.
