This was our first cruise ever and so we needed a lot of guidance and Rocky was the absolute best !!! He first got to know us a bit by asking questions about our likes and dislikes so he knew which type of vacation would fit us best and he nailed it spot on :) From the type of ship & the ports to the hotels before and after as well as the transportation and insurance coverage in case of a change in plans he took care of it all :) When we get ready to book our next vacation Rocky will be my first call.
